Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
